With the high price of land for construction in the Beijing region, housing is very difficult. At the same time, a large number of mountain idle with low population density. With the progress of individual rail technology, the advance of the network heating and power technology, using of mountain becomes feasible. It makes the opportunity to solve the problem of development and utilization of land in Beijing. This paper combines with special mountain terrain features and abundant solar energy resources, comprehensive utilization of the passive solar heating technology to solve the problem of the development and utilization of mountain. This paper begins with an analysis of Beijing mountainous meaning of using solar energy for heating, as well as problems in the mountain heating. Put forward the necessity and feasibility of building solar energy utilization in the mountain. Use of special characteristics of passive solar house with mountain terrain, choose current economic and practical energy-saving technology, proposed site selection in mountainous residential site-high point of the noon, make comparative analysis of the location and point of the collector surface. According to mountain has a wide heat storage materials such as soil, rocks, improved under the mountain slopes means to collect solar heat, soil heat storage of solar collection way. From an architectural perspective completed the different types of mountain construction mode of passive solar houses. Put forward a model that can achieve solar energy independent heating-mountain residential passive solar water heating system, and apply the system to the Mountain House design, in this case, calculate the heating effect and prediction. And account the formula for different types of solar collector area required for residential mountain, for architect designers.
