Based on traditional braking system,the Anti-lock Braking System(ABS)has been designed as an advanced mechanical-electrical-hydrokinetic system, which is an important field in active safety technologies for automobile. The role and function of ABS is directly related to people’s life safety. How accurately automatically to adjust the ABS when braking line pressure on the wheel and not locking is very important for improving the stability and safety.In this paper is carried out around "automobile hydraulic ABS pressure gradient analysis of experimental research and simulation" based on automobile safety and energy of the state key laboratory open fund "braking system(NVH) and the controlling strategy of prevent reflux pump motor harshness". Based on the comprehensive understanding of China and abroad of automobile ABS is deeply analyzed,in this paper the working principle and internal structure of ABS. ABS hydraulic system model mainly including vacuum booster, hydraulic regulator, the brake master cylinder, solenoid valve, reflux pump, accumulator, rigid pipe, hose and brake wheel cylinders model were established with AMEsim software. Based on ABS hydraulic test bench, experimental test on the pressure gradient of the ABS has been done, includs normal brake, on-off brake and step brake. The experimental results shows:the hydraulic ABS system model and parameters selection are more accurate and discuss the relation parameters on the brake wheel cylinder pressure change. Based on the established hydraulic ABS system model, this paper studied the wheel cylinder pressure change under different main cylinder pressure and continuous variation main cylinder pressure. Pressure gradient change effects under ABS motor control and finally the brake wheel cylinder pressure change was discussed under other parameters.Combination of the research content, the research results of ABS wheel cylinder pressure fine regulation provides important experiment and theoretical for design and development hydraulic regulator, ABS control logic design and also pressure gradient accurate estimate model.
