Fuze is very important in promoting the weapon target-injuring efficiency.Because of the high power,strong direction,and strong anti-jamming capability,laser fuze is playing an increasingly important role in modern battle.At present in our country laser-detection technology is mainly applied in the missile,this dissertation takes the high speed shell (velocity800m/s) as reseach object, research high precision and high frequency ranging laser fuze technology,develops lowcost fuze used to the shell.The accuracy of laser fuze depends on the repetition frequency and accuracy of the laser pulse ranging technology. The laser driving circuit is complicated if using the avalanche transistor, VMOS tube as a current switching device, based on transistor principle and positive feedback of the power transistors, a new laser driver circuit designed in this paper has high frequency, high power and simple structure; this paper designed circuit parameters based on the principle of constant fraction discrimination to reduce the errors caused by echo saturation and effectively improved the ranging accuracy;a small package TDC chip measuring laser time-of-flight and low-cost STM32chip controling system was used to meet the processing requirements and reduce system cost. At last this paper completed the system prototype development, get experimental results through the detection short-range goals and analysis of the system timing and static range error, the conclusion shows that the high precision high frequency pulse range laser fuze system can be introduced into the shell fuze to improve shell’s lethality.
