Laser fuze is a proximity fuze cater to the needs of modern combat situation and the rapid development of laser technology, its principle is high-frequency pulsed laser ranging technology. This fusing technology has been widely used in aerial bombs, rockets, cruise missiles and anti-tank missiles in the adventage of its properties of good confidentiality, anti-jamming capability and high position accuracy.Based on the project of laser fuze, this paper mainly focuses on the design of pulsed laser receiver circuit. The mechanism and structure of the laser ranging system has been introduced firstly in this paper, then the design requirements of laser receiver module has been discussed systematically and finally the receiver amplifier circuits and time discrimination circuits of the pulsed laser ranging system has been realized.Three kinds of amplifier circuits have been given in this paper: the circuits of discrete components amplifier, integrated operational amplifier and charge sensitive amplifier, all these have achieved the goal of recieving the high-frequency narrow pulse width laser. In the end of this paper, the best design has been proposed through the PSPICE simulation and the experiment on the PCB.In the section of time discrimination circuit, three kinds of time discrimination circuits have been given, they are thediscrimination of the frontier edge, constant fraction and peak discrimination circuits. Constant fraction and peak discrimination circuits are designed to solve the problem of low precision existing in the high-frequency pulsed laser ranging system comparing to the traditional time discrimination circuit. |
