Laser fuze is an important component of air-air missile, with detecting the target, deciding the time to explode the missile. It plays a key role in the missile's power. As an important part of laser fuze, the parameters of the optical module directly affect the performance of the fuze. The parameters measurement of the receiver part, which is the key component of the optical module, is very important in the performance of the optical module.The goal of the subject is to design a synthetical measurement system to test the photoelectronic parameters of the receiver part of the optical module. In the paper, the theory and the scheme of the measurement system are discussed. The design of the measurement system is achieved under the request of making the measurement automatically and synthetically.The photoelectronic parameters of the receiver part include the responsivity, field angle, response time and noise. The four parameters are measured by the system automatically, and the result is precise.The measurement system is made up of optical system, step-moto, measurement instrument, laser beam and computer. All the parts are under the control of the application which receive the data from the measurement instrument and give out the final result. There are some improvements of this system under the background that the first measurement system has already been done. The improvement makes the new system more efficiently and with high stability.In the final test, the goal of the design is been achieved.
