| Traditional mechanical design method and modern computer technology,such as computer aided design(CAD) and computer aided engineering(CAE),was used to complete the design and analysis of the separated high-speed rolling structure in order to achieve the goal of experiments and the characteristics of the experimental article effectively.The components of the structure was chosen and designed based on the basic working conditions which was limited by the requirements of the design methods.Forth-part of the whole structure was evaluated as a sector with linear static analysis after the illuminated basic theory of finite element methods in detail,further embedded modal analysis was completed then,it provided evidence for the safe and steady working of the structure.Finally the high-speed rotating shaft which is the main unit of the high-speed part,the more important structure of the separated high-speed rolling structure was optimization designed under different conditions,and the achieved data was compared with the former information then,after these steps we got the preliminary optimization scheme,base on the theoretical method,the structure will be optimized in depth.At the same time it also provides experience and theory to design a multi-degree of freedom mechanism. |
