But protector assembly process with manual assembly mainly has a low degree of automation and productivity at present, also the quality of Protector can not be made sure, which seriously restrict the production and application of protector. So for automatic assembly line of protector technology research is of far-reaching significance.The overall technical program of the protector assembly machine is designed according to the present situation of protector and its assembly machine. In the writing client demand into system function module, the major technical difficulty and some crucial technology is discussed and determine the optimal design of the production line technology systems. This paper has proposed a new method of naming for part models based on assembly, which can effectively manage the project and technical files in practical applications. Using Pro/e software to create3D model for virtual assembly and virtual prototype is generated. Through the virtual prototype design and testing, found design errors to feedback to the design timely. The prototype of assembly line, using the electro-pneumatic control technique to establish the control system, has been processed. The practical operation of the prototype shows that the machine has the features of compact, operating easily, low-cost, higher reliability and so on. |
