In this paper, interior response of military vehicle operator cabin is main research object under landmine explosion environment, The main content and research achievements of paper are list as follows:(1) By using finite element method, we studied the propagation process of explosion shock in the air. After compared the simulation result and the explosion shock of landmine blast theory, we measured out the material and Equation of state of air and mine from the result of finite element.(2) We simulated structural response of Plates and Shells under explosion shock by using ALE fluid-structure interaction theory and SPH theory, furthermore, we compared the calculation accuracy of FEA in the different two methods of the theory about Structural response of Plates and Shells, although in the condition of the same calculation accuracy, there is more advantage of using SPH to compute time, it couldn’t explain the information of explosion neurogen in the structural response, so that we concluded that it is more advisable to use ALE fluid-structure interaction theory in the study of interior response of military vehicle operator cabin.(3) We used pre-processing software to build the FEA model of interior response of military vehicle operator cabin. The model we built included the structure of military vehicle operator cabin、 dummy and seat。 through the simulation of model under landmine explosion, we collected the data of pressure distribution around operator cabin、 relationship of stress-strain on operator cabin structure and dummy damage criterion。(4) We tested and studied interior response of military vehicle operator cabin under landmine explosion environment. We used overpressure sensor、50%Hybrid Ⅲ dummy、 picture pick-up device in the experiment. After all experiment and study we create evaluation criterion of interior response of military vehicle operator cabin. Through the experiment we also collected the data of failure pattern of operator cabin、experiment data of pressure distribution around operator cabin and so on. All experiment result proved that the accuracy of simulation model. Furthermore, the experiment also provide us the data to improve the performance of operator cabin safe guard performance in the future.
