The three-axis turntable is a key device used for inertial device and device testing and semi-physical simulation.It can not only realize the calibration of inertial devices such as gyroscopes,accelerometers,etc.,but also can be used to simulate various attitudes of the aircraft such as pitch and roll,Rolling,etc.,so it is widely used in the fields of aviation,aerospace,navigation and national defense construction.The performance index of the three-axis turntable directly affects the accuracy of the inertial device and the reliability of the semi-physical simulation experiment.In order to ensure the performance and accuracy of the turntable,it is very important to simulate and optimize the dynamic and static characteristics of the turntable structure during design.At the same time,the turntable structure will inevitably produce errors during processing and assembly.Therefore,it is necessary to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze the geometric error indexes of the turntable to determine its impact on the calibration accuracy of the MEMS inertial device and improve it.This article first briefly introduces the development history and current situation of turntables at home and abroad,then gives a brief introduction to the principle of finite element analysis and the application history of finite element analysis in turntable analysis.Secondly,according to the technical indicators of the turntable,the overall scheme of the turntable was designed,and the original structure of the turntable body and related motors,photoelectric encoders,etc.were selected reasonably,and the indicators that could be achieved were analyzed and verified.Complete the structural design of the turntable and select some components,and use the software SolidWorks to establish the solid model of the turntable.According to the principle of finite element analysis,the solid model is simplified,and the static and dynamic characteristics of the turntable are simulated and analyzed according to the definition of parameters such as load,material properties,and boundary conditions,and part of the framework is optimized.Finally,analyze the error items of the turntable,and measure the inclination rotation error and non-orthogonality,which have a great influence on the accuracy of the turntable,establish the error model of the inertial measurement unit,derive the error propagation path,and analyze The influence of the calibration accuracy of the MEMS inertial measurement unit is verified by experiments and compensated to verify the compensation effect.
