This paper studies overload conditions in the airborne of a rocket launch system, which contains the parachute process and landing process, using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation methods. Studied the opening of the parachute and landing process for airborne, Analyzes the overload situation appears in the course of these two.Firstly, paper studies force, trajectory and dynamic load conditions in the parachute process which contains cap opening, inflatable and stable stage using semitheoretical numerical methods. Secondly, paper creates system model based on rocket launcher including parachute and cushioning devices. Thirdly, paper obtains parachute shape and dynamic load changes using LS-DYNA software to simulate the process air parachute according to ALE grid of the fluid-structure coupling method. Lastly, paper obtains acceleration and dynamic load of the system under various landing circumstances by using ABAQUS software, and analyzed it, given some Suggestions. Analysis results show, effect of overload produced drop in the process of crew of the great.The results obtained in this paper provide certain theoretical basis for heavy equipment drop test, the analytical methods provide guidance for further research.
