With the rapid development of China’s automobile industry has been a greatprogress, while the development of new models of market requirements marketcycles continue to shorten,and vehicle development cycle depends primarily onthe development of automobile panel. The traditional trial and error method istime-consuming while Mold CAD/CAE/CAM to cover the rapid developmentof the production process is designed to provide a quick and cost-effectiveway..Dynaform is mainly used is a sheet metal stamping simulation softwareprofessional, it is able to accurately simulate sheet plastic deformation toachieve forming process simulation and prediction and optimization.In covering parts forming process,BHF and drawbeads is the two major toregulate material flow process. Both design is unreasonable, then easily lead tocrack or wrinkling and other defects. The traditional constant BHF loadingmodes, BHF can not travel with the drawing to make appropriate changes to thechanges, resulting in sheet metal deep drawing performance can not be fully,and Drawbeads material flow is largely played the role of regulation, and therole of BHF there is overlap between the two is unknown, leading to blindnessprocess design.Currently the factory applied constant BHF do covering parts formingprocess has been more perfect, but with gas springs and multi-point press moremature in production applications, the practical application of Variable BlankHolder Force possible. So explore Variable Blank Holder Force loading anddrawbeads relevant role in the deformation process becomes extremelymeaningful. This study analyzed the use of Dynaform different stages of plasticdeformation variable blank holding force of the typical stamping parts-box-shaped pieces forming and springback different effects。Meanwhile studyanalyzed drawbeads right box shaped pieces forming and springback. Get thefollowing conclusions:1) A early stage deformation exert greater need fast BHF, plasticdeformation stage need to maintain a certain high BHF,while mid-forming process does not require a great BHF.2)Compared to the BHF, drawbeads on material flow, making the uniformplastic deformation parts more prominent role. At the same time can effectivelysuppress wrinkling.At last the obtained several criteria applied to the mold cars trunk lidmolding simulation analysis. Verify these conclusions apply equally to the theautomobile panel such large stamping molding process.Meanwhile applicationof these conclusions in the design process of the panel die, the mold successfullyproduced qualified products. Compared to the previous process, The newtechnology has made great progress the ability of inhibiting for the three majordefects. New method can basically eliminate the trend of wrinkles, the demandfor BHF maximum value decreased77.7%.
