With the rapid development of mobile technology and information technology, the mobile device played an irreplaceable role gradually in people’s lives. It also makes a variety of systems based on mobile devices, and on top of all kinds of applications has been rapid development, Android system is one of the protagonists. With the popularity of electronic chart application, the demand for various types of users of its ever-changing, electronic chart application of mobile technology is an important direction. In this direction, all kinds of products are not mature.Described herein android based tile electronic chart system, is one in the offline environment running in server-based data tile prototype system. System described in this article is designed to improve the operating speed of the software, optimization software structure, enhance the user experience. Therefore, this paper carried out a detailed analysis, design, implementation, and analysis of a large number of principles.System has been described herein overall schema of the system mechanisms are discussed in detail. Secondly, the server functions are analyzed in detail, and a detailed description of the design process of the server. Finally, the client, which is the tile electronic chart system carried out a detailed analysis of the design.Tile storage rules, tile search algorithm, tile determination algorithm, tiles and other tiles display algorithm operations related algorithms are critical components of the system logic, also described herein system based algorithms. In this paper, these algorithms are discussed in detail.In this section, the first of the core module of the system described in this article-caching systems, and systems described herein relates to storage operations, in particular the nature of the cache storage operations and algorithms, as well as thread synchronization caused by the cache issues related to the detailed analysis of the discourse. Then, in the cache system, based on, respectively, the logic system, tile system, the realization of the rendering system are discussed in detail.
