Construction Personnel Training Mode Of Safety Management Innovation Research

The construction industry as a pillar industry of China’s national economy that hasachieved great development.But safety issues of building construction is becoming moreand more prominent. In industry, the number of fatalities in construction industry was morethan coal-mine industry and ranked first in2011.The loss of accidents is huge. The thesisanalyses the reasons for frequent production accidents of the construction enterprises. Thedeep reasons is that the cadres and the safety production management persons at all levelsin construction enterprises is lack of the safety concept, the safety knowledge and laggingconsciousness of safety. Meanwhile, most of the construction site safety managers are thecollege civil engineering or engineering management major students, but they have notreceived the education of construction safety and health knowledge during the school. Tosuch a situation, it is especially important for this thesis to make a research into thecultivating mode of construction safety management talents in the colleges anduniversities.This paper, with literature analysis and comparative analysis, represents thebackground, the significance and the situation of the study on the cultivating mode ofconstruction safety management talents in domestic and international. There are detailedintroduction about the theories of cultivating model’s conception and elements. Afteranalyzing the situation and summing up the experiences in foreign developed countries, themain presentation is that they emphasize the professional ethics, competence ofprofessional practice, knowledge application, communication and curriculum renewalfastly. Through questionnaire investigation and expert interview, the paper points out theproblems and the reasons of our country construction safety management talentscultivation mode, such as irrational actuality of construction safety management talents,curriculum unreasonable, lack of innovation in teaching methods, light weight of practicalteaching. Then, on this basis, basing on the theoretical knowledge and according to theadvanced experiences, from the business needs of construction safety management talents,the ability quality and knowledge structure were analyzed that the construction safetymanagement talents should retain. This paper from cultivating target, curriculumconstruction, practical teaching, teachers team construction and culture method aspects toconstruct our country construction safety management talents cultivation mode, this modewith the characteristics of construction, safety management and application oriented. Atlast, in order to ensure the mode smooth running, this paper puts forward countermeasuresin three aspects such as the university, enterprise and government. It is hoped that this paper will contribute to the study on cultivating constructionsafety management talents and the level of construction safety management.
