Research On Construction Project Management Pattern In University

At present,the capital construction of universities in China is still developing rapidly on a large scale.Many universities are not scientific in choosing the management mode of capital construction projects,which also leads to the project can not be achieved as expected.In view of the problems of optimizing the management mode of university capital construction projects,this paper combs the characteristics of university capital construction project management which is different from other project management,summarizes the management mode that can be used in university capital construction projects at present stage,and analyses its advantages,disadvantages and applicable characteristics.This paper puts forward the present situation of the selection and application of the management modes of capital construction projects in Colleges and universities in China,summarizes the existing problems and causes in the application of these management modes,puts forward the factors that should be taken into account in the optimization of the management modes and the decision-making principles for the selection and evaluation of capital construction projects in Colleges and universities,and determines the basic index system and methods for the selection and evaluation of capital construction management modes in Colleges and universities.This paper chooses the project of Beijing Industrial and Commercial University as a case study.This paper introduces the management mode and problems of case engineering at the present stage,combs the basic characteristics of case engineering,and proposes a management mode suitable for case project.Using the expert method to score the impact indicators,through the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the two indicators in the index system,determine the key indicators for this project to affect the optimization of university capital construction project management mode,compare the advantages and disadvantages of the management mode and the applicable characteristics,and finally get the project management mode applicable to the case project.
