Nowadays, the combined-industries-development in the rural area has become increasingly prominent, and the potential impact of this diversified agricultural production shows mainly in the following aspects:First, the deepening of the farmers’ diversification of development will affect the scale operation of agricultural to some degree. Secondly, there is the possibility that the farmers’ diversified development will reduce the agricultural productivity, weaken the agricultural labor and cause the feminization of the labor. The large number of young rural labor’s migration to nonagricultural area could lead to a labor shortage in the future. Meanwhile, the technologies of the traditional intensive and meticulous farming could end up disappearing. Last but not the least, while the rural surplus labor flowing, some farmers are more or less to cause the Pile of waste phenomenon. This will deteriorate the arable land scarce contradictions which are already intense now, and also bring some difficulties to gain in food production.Based on some research on part the combined-industries-development in the rural area and farmers’technology choice behaviors, and some analysis on farmers’adopting tendency and choice behaviors over rice cultivation technology under different conditions of the diversified industry First, the first-hand information was gained through a questionnaire survey. Then use the descriptive statistics analysis on the farmers’ adopting tendency and situations in Qian Yang town to draw relevant conclusions. And lastly, use Binary Logit Model (binary logic the unction model) and Multiple Logit Model (multiple logistic function model) in the SPSS for Windows statistical analysis software to do the parameter estimation on the factors which affect the farmers’rice cultivation technology adoption intention and behaviors, which reveals how much effect will these factors have on them.The results show that different level of the diversified industry does have an impact on the choice of the farmers over rice cultivation technology, the higher the diversification is, the more declined farmers are to choose the labor-saving and quality-improving rice cultivation technology. Thus saving time for going out for non-farming job or improve the quality of rice when used as self-supply. Otherwise, the farmers are more likely to choose the output-increasing rice cultivation technology to increase the revenue. The farmers’intension to keep the rice cultivation technology updated is affected by the extent of farmers’ diversified industry with the rural labor transferring, and the rice cultivation scale. With the econometric analysis on 175 of sample farmers continuing with rice cultivation, the results can be drawn that the extent of the diversified industry has a lot of effect on the farmers update intension, which is the higher it is, the less likely farmers are to update the technology. The situation shows the same with the extent of the diversified industry and the farmers’ intension to the new rice cultivation technology. On the contrary, the larger the rice-growing scale is, the more inclined farmers are to adopt new technologies. The higher diversified industry type "Ⅱ" farmers are more inclined to choose to improve rice quality and labor-saving rice cultivation technology. Otherwise, the lower "I" farmers are more likely go with the technology which can raise the output.Meanwhile, a large number of farmers in Qian Yang town have already given up on the rice cultivation. And those who are still engaged in the production of rice-growing, pay less attention to the rice cultivation with the higher extent of the diversified industry. But with the not so high extent, farmers choose to increase the revenue through renting more land and extending the operation scale. So far, the rice cultivation in Qian Yang town has improved through specialization into a lager scale.
