| Gray speck of soybean is one kind of intermittent epidemic fungous disease, whichhappened around main soybean-producing nations over the world. In1915, Hara firstlyfound out Cercospora sojina Hara in Japan, also happened in1921the first time inChina. Since of its discovering, Cercospora sojina Hara has been spreading aroundmain soyabean manufacturing areas in our national, inside which Heilongjiang Provinceis the most serious one with4times widely epidemics and critically so far. It really putsoya bean production and its economy under a serious threat. The distribution of Cercospora sojina, pathogenic variation in HeilongjiangProvince has been studied in this article, the interaction between soybean varieties(series) and Cercospora sojina Hara, as well as the identification of new soybeangermplasm anti-Cercospora sojina Hara. The following are the main results andconclusion of this study:1. Analysis for areas where happened Cercospora sojina Hara and relatedpathogenic variation:118pieces Cercospora sojina Hara plant samples were selectedfrom main soybean-producing areas in Heilongjiang province during2010~2011.Through the survey, the research cleared Cercospora sojina Hara is serious in east andmiddle of Heilongjiang Province, but not serious in the south and north. According tothe dynamic change monitoring result of the pathogenecity, No.1,6,7and10are theadvantageous pathotype of our province, and the result primarily indicates thatpathogenicity of different bacterial strain intends to be stronger with the increase ofreproduction generations.2. Research for interaction between soybean varieties (series) and Cercosporasojina Hara:142pieces popular soybean varieties (series) and resources in HeilongjiangProvince were respectively tested. We made the research of the interaction between hostand pathogen. The result of the test on the30Cercospora sojina Hara bacterial strainsshows that most of the varieties (series) have a relatively high pathogenicity. According to the statistic of the combined resistance frequency of two species or more, all of themare higher than80%.3. Appraisal and evaluation of new anti-Cercospora sojina Hara soybeangermplasm: Using combined inoculation test35main soybean varieties and109soybean series in Heilongjiang Province. Among the35varieties, one is identified to behigh-resistance, which is Kennong22, taking2.86%of the materials under test;9disease-resistant varieties, taking25.71%;7moderate-resistance varieties, taking20%;14disease-susceptible varieties, taking40%;4high-susceptible varieties, taking11.43%.Among the109series,8disease-resistant series, taking7.34%;45moderate-resistanceseries,taking41.28%;55disease-susceptible series, taking50.46%;one high-susceptibleseries, taking0.92%. In addition, the result of the test on the broad-spectrum resistanceof134new species (series) of soybeans indicates that the pathogenic frequency of10Cercospora sojina Hara pathotypes with respect to the testing material is between33.58%and94.03%. |
