| "Acupuncture points related to viscera"is one of basic content of acupuncture and moxibustion theory, In recent years, researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of work on acupoints-viscera correlation studies, proved the specific links between acupoints and viscera from different aspects, eventually found the network relationship" one acupoint for multi-viscera,multi-acupoints for one viscera".To understand the basic rule when we talk about one disease is the important method for reseaching the acupoint specificity."The He-sea points always were used in the treatment of reversed qi and diarrhea,and the lower He-sea points can treat diseases of their corresponding fu organs"is an important theory of acpoints-viscera relation,this paper is on the basic of literature review, Under the guidance of Wu Shu Xue He-sea points and lower He-sea theory,through experiment to build COPD model rat,from the anger of acupoints-viscera,observe the different characteristics between He-sea and lower He-sea,to further explore the relative specificity of acupoint.This paper consisting of two parts:literature research and experimental research. Literature researchThe1st literature has reviewed the work what recent years the domestic and foreign researchers done on the acupoints of the relevant organs,the results showed that the acupoints belonged to the lung meridian were widely used in the treatment of rhinitis, pharyngitis, facial paralysis and other facial disease, headache, difficulty swallowing, aphasia and other diseases of the nervous system, neck and waist soft tissue injury,dysmenorrhea and other gynecological diseases, breast disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchitis, bronchial asthma and other respiratory diseases and hiccup, indigestion and other gastrointestinal diseases, urinary retention,enuresis,spermatorrhea and other disease of the genitourinary system;especially in the respiratory system and digestive system diseases,it is consistent with the theory"lung and large intestine sharing a paired relationship". At the same time, we learned acupoints of lung meridian is not only in treatment of lung and intestine lesions, but also in the uterus, kidney and other organs,it is the portraiture about the relationship beween acopoints and viscera by the way "one acupoint for multi-viscera, one meridian for multi-viscera". The2nd literature showed through the data collection with the ancient and modern literature about He-sea and lower He-sea,not all He-sea were used in the treatment of reversed qi and diarrhea,just Chize(LU5) and ZuSanLi(ST36),and there is less review on experimental about Chize,the research of lower He-sea focus on ZuSanLi(ST36), Shangjuxv(ST37) and Xiajuxv(ST39),less on Weiyang(BL39)ã€Weizhong(BL40)ã€Yangling-quan(GB34).When involving the same bowel disease,related He-sea and Lower He-sea work in different ways,such as in hypertension condition,the mechanism of Zusanli and Quchi is different; gastrointestinal mucosal was injuried,Zusanli is better than Shangjuxv and Xiajuxv,so the author feel puzzled to the theory" The He-sea points always were used in the treatment of reversed qi and diarrhea "and think it is necessary for He-sea and Lower He-sea to be compared for using acupoint more exactly.The3rd research summarized the progress of the building about the rat model of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,the rat is economy, easy to operation, similar to human, and were given intratracheal injection of LPS and smoking to build COPD model,this method can work on lung directly,has the similar pathogensis.The4th research summarized the effect on microcirculation with acupuncture and moxibustion, the results showed that acupuncture has benigh effect on human facial features, limbs, organs and other parts of the microcirculation. acupuncture is simple and safe to operate, widely to use, long time to work, and regulatable to the whole body,and has the acupoint specificity. On the other hand,the mechanism study for organ microcirculation is wanting and it deserves further researching.Experiment researchObjectiveTo observe the change of mesenteric microcirculation,the distribution of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF-α),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP) and Glutathione (GSH) in different viscera of rat with chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD) after electroacupunctured,discuss the different characteristics between He-sea and lower He-sea from the angle of "one-to-many "theory, as well as the effect of electroacupuncture on the central mechanism.MethodsRats were randomly divided into the Normal group, Model group,Chize(LU5) group and Shangjuxv(ST37) group, Except normal group,other groups were given intratracheal injection of LPS and smoking to build COPD model. the acupuncture groups were given acupuncture therapy from the2nd day, electroacupuncture frequency is2Hz, once every other day,for12days. The whole experimental period is28days.Recording weight value of rats before and after experimental,detected the change of microvascular diameter and the blood flow state, then the rats were sacrificed, separate lung, intestine, liver, spleen, hypothalamus, with colorimetric method for the determination of the corresponding tissue GSH, The content of TNF-α,VIP were detected by using Radiation immune method (RIA).Results1The weight of all rats were significantly reduced after experiment (P<0.01), compared with the normal group, the weight of remaining groups after experimental were decreased significantly (P<0.01). 2The mesenteric microcirculation:â‘ Microvascular diameter, compared with normal group, the diameters showed increasing trend in model group, no statistical significance; Compared with model group, the diameters showed decreasing trend in Chize(LU5)group and Shangjuxv(ST37)group, no statistical significance;there is no significant differences between Chize(LU5) group and Shangjuxv(ST37) group.â‘¡The blood flow state, compared with the normal group, the blood flow speed up in model group (P<0.05); and compared with model group,the blood flow slowed down significantly in Chize(LU5) group and Shangjuxv(ST37) group (P<0.01); there were no differences between Chize(LU5) group and Shangjuxv(ST37) group in blood flow.3The changes of VIP content:Each group,the contents of VIP in lung were the highest (P<0.01); Compared with the normal group, the contents of VIP in each tissues of model group have been an increasing trend; The contents of VIP in hypothalamus of Chize(LU5) group has been decreased compared with model group (P<0.05).4Compared with normal group, the contents of TNF-α in lung and colon showed increasing trend in model group, and it showed decreasing trend to a certain extent after acupuncture,but no statistical significance, and there is no obvious difference between Chize(LU5) group and Shangjuxv(ST37) group;The content of TNF-αin lung of normal group is higher than colon(P<0.05).5Comparison between groups:compared with normal group,the content of GSH in spleen increased and in colon decreased in the model group(P<0.05),the content of GSH in liver and lung increased and in colon decreased in shangjuxv (ST37) group;There is no obvious difference between any of the two groups.Within group comparisons:in normal group,the content of colon,spleen is higher than lung and liver(P<0.05);in model group,the content of GSH in spleen is notability high than liver(P<0.05);in Chize(LU5) group,the content of GSH in colon is higher than lung and liver(P<0.05).There is no difference among viscera of shangjuxv(ST37)group.Conclusion1In model group,weight reduced significantly,the blood flow of the mesenteric microvascular speed up,the content of VIP in colon and the GSH in spleen increased,the GSH in colon decreased.Compared with model group,the blood flow in chize(LU5) group and shangjuxv(ST37) group slowed down,;in chize grop(LU5), the content of VIP in hypothalamus were significantly dereased.There is no difference between chize and shangjuxv in mesenteric microcirculation,VIP,TNF-α,GSH content. 2The blood flow of mesenteric microvascular,VIP and GSH content in colon have changed in model group,all the change proved that the COPD model had effect on colon,thai is "Fei has correlation with Chang";Chize can reduce the content of VIP in hypothalamus,shang-juxv(ST37) had no obvious effect on GSH,it due to that chize had more widely effect than shangjuxv on COPD rats,and related to to hypothalamus.To consider whether or not has a relevant to animal model, This experimental is designed by lung injury,then caused the damage of gut and other viscera, in this paper we think the word "He-sea points always were used in the treatment of reversed qi" in Nanjing sixty eight nan means the He-sea point belonged to lung channel affect more obviously than the lower He-sea point relevant to gut.Whether this conclusion can be used in all He-sea still need further research. |
