Questionnaire, literature re search, statistical analysis methods.Results:The total funding of research on Chinese medicine into the top10di seases (viral hepatitis, malignancy, diabetes, infectious disease, cerebrovascular d isease, nervous system diseases, AIDS, chronic liver disease and cirrhosis, the camp, generation and immune disease, acute and chronic gastroenteritis), the re search team of the status quo and the input and output for analysis, and explo red the impact of scientific research input and output factors.Conclusion:Chinese medicine of major diseases research concentration is not high. The hospital still is a major scientific research efforts of different agencie s team focused on different diseases. The team overall quality is better, but ne arly half of the research team is still in the relatively low input-low output lev els. Research input and output a certain extent, but there is no necessary link; age, education, and title to a certain extent affected the research output. Hospit al input and output efficiency is relatively low, research institutions is relatively high.Recommendation:Generally speaking, you should focus on improving the focu s of research on Chinese medicine, and enhance the research strength and capa city for sustainable development of the major diseases in Chinese medicine res earch.
