| Objective: This research integrates the training programs of Chinese medicine majors in several Chinese medicine colleges and universities,combined with the current Chinese undergraduate professional education standards of Chinese medicine,this study set up an evaluation system for the degree of accomplishment of the cultivation objectives of the undergraduate major of traditional Chinese medicine(hereinafter referred to as "the major of traditional Chinese medicine"),and put forward improvement measures and Suggestions for the cultivation of talents of traditional Chinese medicine according to the results of investigation and evaluation.The research results are for the reference of other colleges.Methods: This study mainly adopted the methods of literature research,interview,questionnaire survey,expert consultation,analytic hierarchy process,mathematical statistics and other methods.In the first place,literature review and questionnaire survey were used,preliminary build the evaluation system of professional training target to achieve in TCM primary,secondary,and various supporting courses and related observation point,again USES the Delphi method and consulting experts of preliminary construction of primary,secondary,various supporting courses and related observation point of views,on the basis of expert advice and improve;Secondly,Delphi method was used to consultexperts' opinions on the evaluation weight,and then the analytic hierarchy process and model analysis were used to calculate the weights of the first-level indicators,second-level indicators,supporting courses and related observation points,so as to complete the construction of the evaluation system of the degree of accomplishment of the training objectives of TCM specialty.Finally,according to the evaluation system constructed in this study and the assessment results of all the supporting courses and relevant observation points of all the students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine in 2014 in a university in jiangxi province in the past five years.Results: The TCM reach degree evaluation system of professional training objectives,the system contains a good ideological and moral and professional quality,master the professional basic theoretical knowledge and skills,to master this professional basic theoretical knowledge and clinical skills,have strong scientific literacy and critical thinking and inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine thinking ability,to master certain sports and military theory knowledge and skills,to master a foreign language,has the good humanistic,scientific quality and innovative thinking ability and so on seven indicators;It includes 21 secondary indicators,including good ideological and moral character,social morality and professional ethics,and the concept of practicing medicine according to law.68 supporting courses and related observation points;Through the analysis of reliability and validity,the results show that the kronbhar coefficients of the seven first-level indicators are all greater than 0.7,P is less than.05,which means the evaluation system constructed in this study is of good scientific rationality.Conclusion: The evaluation results show that the evaluation system of achievement degree of training objective of TCM specialty constructed in this study is correct and scientific.In the meantime,the currentsituation and existing problems in the training process of Chinese medicine talents in a school in Jiangxi Province were analyzed.This research suggests we should explore traditional Chinese medicine clinical ability to cultivate new talent pattern,further deepening the reform of comprehensive medical courses,strengthen the reform of graduation practice,establish and improve TCM talents entrepreneurship education to cultivate English application ability training system,adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine talented person strategy,organize rich and colorful optimizing talent cultivation work related professional competition activities,etc. |
