| Objective:To discuss the difference of curative effect between electric traction bed and pelvic traction on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc ((blood stasis syndrome) by systematic clinical researching.Methods:90Patients with lumbar intervertebral disc ((blood stasis syndrome) were divided into three groups:the treatment group were given the traction with electric traction bed combined with basic treatment; the control group one were given pelvic traction combined with basic treatment; the control group two were given basic treatment, then,The curative effect of each group which were assessed by observing the syndromes: signs and the restricted activities of daily living of the patients with PLID before and after treatment were compared. Results:As a whole, the treatment group, the control group one and the control group two can improve the syndromes, signs and the restricted activities of daily living from the clinical observation, The curative effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group one,and much better than that of the control group two in terms of points. The pelvic traction is more suitable for the older ones than the traction with electric traction bed from the statistics of age stratification. Conclusion:The syndromes, signs and the restricted activities of daily living of the patients with PLID((blood stasis syndrome) can be improved by the traction with electric traction bed and pelvic traction girdle, but as a whole, the curative effect of traction with electric traction bed is more accurate than with pelvic traction girdle.the traction with pelvic traction girdle seems to be more suited to the older ones. |
