This dissertation consists of three parts altogether.Obvious superiority of microbial synthesis and microbial transformation of natural drugs to the tranditional chemical synthesis and the extraction of plants can been discovered. Present research condition of microbial synthesis and microbial transformation for some interesting achievement in this field are reviewed in the first part, and microbial transformation should take advantage of appliments in the research design of natural novel medicines. The antibacterial activity of the fungi YIM69032and YIM69221, which are screened from100microorganisms are investigated. The metabolites were also determined by TLC, and9#culture broth was used as the fermentation broths of strain YIM69032and YIM69221.Two novel metabolites,7,4’-dyhydroxyl-8-hydroxymethyl-1"-methoxyl-isoflavone(1),Tripstretine(2), were isolated along with the known compounds (4S)-4-hydroxy-10-methyl-11-oxo-dodec-2-en-1,4-olide(3),(4S,11S)-4,11-Dihydroxy-10-methyl-dodec-2-en-1,4-olides(4),(4S,11R)-4,11-Dihydroxy-10-methyl-dodec-2-en-1,4-olides(5),2,3-dihydroxypropyl heptadecoate (6),2,3-dihydroxypropyl nonadecoate (7),3R,5R,6S,7E,9R-megastigman-7-en-3,5,6,9-tetrol-9-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1->2)-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),2’-deoxyuridine(9), inosine(10), adenosine(11), nobiletin(12),7,4’-dihydroxy-isoflavone(13), cyclo(Pro-Try)(14), cyclo-(Phe-Ser)(15), soyasaponin1(16), soyasapogenol B(17), N-(Phenethyl) acetamide(18),4-Hydroxyphenethyl alcohol(19), diisobutyl phthalate (20), D-mannitol(21), β-sitosterol(22) and P-daucosterol(23) from Streptomyces sp.YIM65408. Planar structures were elucidated by a combination of MS spectrometric and NMR techniques. Probable pathways were discussed for1,17biosynthesis in Streptomyces sp.YIM65408.
