Study Of Ren Shen Jian Xin Capsule On Chronic Heart Failure With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: to observe the clinical curative effect of Ren Shen Jian Xin capsule to treatchronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods:60patients of chronic heart failure with qi deficiency and blood stasis typewas divided into experimental group and the control group with randomized method, eachgroup30people, treatment of4weeks. Experimental group was given Ren Shen Jian Xincapsule plus western medicine while control group adopts pure western medicine treatment.Observe the TCM symptoms, the NT-proBNP in patients with chronic heart failure, EF(ejection fraction), CO (cardiac output), SV (stroke volume), E peak, A peak, E/A peak.Results: Ren Shen Jian Xin capsule could improve the TCM symptoms of patientswith chronic heart failure, the total effectiveness of experimental group was96.7%, betterthan the control group (73.3%), statistics show that there are significant differences (P <0.05). Traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral test group is superior to the controlgroup, statistically significant difference (P <0.01). The drug also can reduce the value ofBNP, improve heart colour to exceed the indicators,After treatment, two groups of patientswith BNP levels significantly decreased, compared with before treatment, the change wasstatistically significant (P <0.05), the change of the BNP value comparison before andafter treatment in both groups, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Treatment before and after experimental SV, CO, EF, E, A, E/A significant differences (P <0.05) and control group in the SV, CO, EF, E, A, E/A significant differences (P <0.05), thecomparison between groups, SV, CO, EF, E, A, E/A significant differences (P <0.05).Conclusion: Ren Shen Jian Xin capsule have an obvious therapeutic effect to chronicheart failure with qi deficiency blood stasis type, it can promote blood circulation, recoverthe function of the heart.Ren Shen Jian Xin capsules can improve patients’ clinical symptoms, improve quality of life, increase myocardial contraction force, improve cardiacsystolic and diastolic function.
