Pinellia Atractylodes Rhizoma Gastrodiae Decoction Combined With Injection Treatment Of Cerebral Infarction Of Wind Phlegm Obstruction Complex Cavity Gap Clinical Observation

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the combination treatment of TCM and westernmedicine on Lacunar Infarction caused by wind and phlegm.Methods：42clinical cases were divided into2groups at random，21cases in treatment groupand21cases in control group．The two groups of patients accepted routine medication ofwestern medicine．In addition the treatment group were treated by Pinelliae and AtractylodisMacrocePhalae and Gastrodiae Decoction and eye acupuncture for14days．To observe theimprovement of the neurological deficit scores and TCM symptoms of two groups.Results：1The total effective rate of treatment group is95.2%and the total effective rate of controlgroup is85.7%(P<0.05).2The Neurological deficit scores：the treatment group is superior to the control group inimproving neurological deficit.3The improvement of TCM symptom：the effect of the treatment group was better than thatof the contrast group．Conclusion：The combination treatment of TCM and western medicine on the Lacunar Infarction has asatisfactory curative effection．It is better than the treatment of western medicine alone ondecreasing scores on neurological deficit and improving TCM symptoms.
