The Therapeutic Effect Of The Traditional Chinese Herb Medicine And Acupuncture On The Disease Of The Cerebral Infarction

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of the traditional Chinese herb medicine and acupuncture on the disease of the cerebral infarction(CI).Methods:60 patients of CI coming from the inpatient department were divided randomly into two groups,the control group(30 patients treated with modern western medicine and the treatment group(30 patients treated with combination of modern western medicine,the tradition Chinese herb medicine Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction and acupuncture.Head acupuncture may use fast rotating techniques,needle body with epicranium to submit 15-30°,acanthus to muscular coat under the epicranium,vertical extent 1-1.5cun,not extracted and interpolation after allocation,digitus indicis1.2article,to submit the appearance of flection.Use the radialis of digitus indicis,and the palm of first finger to hold the needle handle,the articulatio metacarpophalangeal of digitus indicis unceasing uninterrupt flex and extend,sacrifice dactylo-soma to circuitation,toties quoties the circuitation of needle body quaque 2 perim.,may beyond the 200vice/min.Use the treatment of body acupuncture,the paitient had better take dorsal decubitus,perpendicular needling and get the qi,use the mild reinforcing and attenuating;mild reinforcing-reducing method,once daily,toties quoties semihora, quintic every week.The treatment of time is one month.Results:The cured and markedly effective rate was 100%,in the treatment group and 90%in the control group with difference between the two groups.Conclusion:1.The patients had a better result of the treatment with combination of modern western medicine traditional Chinese herb medicine Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoctionand acupuncture2.Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoctionand acupuncture had a constant effect on the ACI Patients in the clinical Practice:they could realieve the symptoms.Its mechanism still needs to inquiry in many ways in the further.
