Clinical Study On Treatment Of Hypertension By Removing Blood Stasis And Removing Phlegm

Purpose:This research by application of “Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction”treatment patients with essential hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis,and observe the clinical effect of the drug for patients with hypertension, to prove clinical effect of “ removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm ” in the treatment of hypertension.Through the change of clinical effect index,Further reveal the “removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm, promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals”pathologial mechanism in the treatment hypertension. Provide a new method and objective basis for the “removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm”and pathogenesis of essential hypertension comparative study.Material and method:In this experiment study, all the subjects were from Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine in the Affiliated Hospital from 2015 January to June 2015 of clinic patients,a total of 90 cases the patients with hypertension who accorded with the analysis criteria. The patients were randomly divided into the patients who were randomly assigned by computer,including 45 cases in the treatment group and 45 cases in the control group. The patients in the control group were given the basic treatment of Western medicine, treatment group in the basic treatment of Western medicine and oral “Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction”one dose each, 2 times a day,the course of treatment in the two groups 1 month. Observe the two groups of patients before and after r treatment in consulting room, 24 hours dynamic blood pressure, TCM syndrome score, quality of life scale score, clinical individual efficacy, and observe the basic vital signs of patients during treatment, adverse reactions.Results:1.Before treatment,the two groups patients in gender, age, course of disease, family history, body weight, TCM syndrome integral,blood pressure, 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure, clinical efficacy, quality of life scale score and so on, there was no significant difference(P>0.05), indicating that the two groups of patients before treatment, random grouping effect better.2.After treatment of treatment group hypertension improvement 97,37%,the control group was 78.84%,the hypertension of patients have statistical difference(P<0.01), that two groups of hypertension were decreased, but the treatment group, hypertension decreased more significantly.3.After treatment of treatment group and control group compare with ambulatory blood pressure in the 24 hours,the two treatment groups significant difference(P<0.01), after treatment in the two groups in d SBP、n SBP and 24 hours SBP, compare with before treatment statistically significant difference(P<0.05); in d SBP、n SBP and 24 hours SBP significant difference(P<0.01), that two groups of 24 hours ambulatory blood pressure were decreased.4.Compare the change with after treatment for the treatment group and control group,efficiency of the treatment group is 97.78%, the control group is 83.42%,the Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction can significantly improve hypertension about the symptoms,improve hypertension efficacy.5.After treatment,compare to clinical single effect between the two groups of patients,two groups by statistics have significant difference(P<0.05), indicating that the dramatic effects of affecting headache,vertigo,vomiting and spittle,chest distress and others symptoms,but the treatment group was better than the control group.6.After treatment, the life quality of the two groups integrals of measure table Compare with those before treatment have decreased significantly(P<0.05) and treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group(P<0.05),indicating the Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction can significantly improve the life quality of the patients.7.In the time of treatment, the two patient groups have no significant adverse reactions,safety and good tolerance.Conclusion:1.“Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction” can significantlyreduce the patients with essential hypertension of phlegm and blood stasis TCM syndromepoints.2.“Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction”can significantly reduce blood pressure in the patients of hypertensive,improve the clinical effect.3.“Pinelliae and Atractylodis Macrocephalae and Gastrodiae Decoction”can significantly improve the life quality of patients with hypertension and to improve life quality of patients.
