| Purpose：To observe the clinical efficacy of “Soft liver Babu agent”Applied on point sticking in the remedy of liver cirrhosis in this and thechanges in quantity of Chinese medicine’symptom standard, Child-Pugh gread,Meld score,HA, PCⅢ、TGF－β1, adverse reaction before and after remedy of livercirrhosis.To assess the clinical and safety and analysis its possible mechanismof action.Material and method：Select60liver cirrhosis patients who met theinclusion criteria and came from the affiliated hospital of Liaoning Universityof Traditional Chinese Medicine department of digestion in January,2010toOctober,2011, and they were divided at random into two groups: control groupin which30cases（Male19, female11cases） were treated by only basic westernmedicine. treatment group in which30cases（Male20, female10cases） receivedRuanganxiaoshui Cataplasma and basic treatment.To observe the curative effect,Quantification score of TCM clinical symptom standard,Liver fibrosis indexes,Child-Pugh gread, Meld score, and analysis these changes after one monthtreatment course. TCM symptom quantification score, Child-Pugh score and MELDscore were calculated according to the correlation, index of liver fibrosishyaluronic acid (HA), type III collagen (PCIII), TGF transforming growthfactor beta （TGF－β1） were detected by RIA method,Results：1.Clinical curative efficacy assessment: in treatment group:10cases areobviously effective,16cases are effective,4cases are ineffective, the totalefficiency rate is86.7%.in control group:4cases are obviously effective,14cases are effective,12cases are ineffective,the total efficiency rate is60.0%.Treatment group is markedly superior to control group（p<0.01）. 2.Quantification score of TCM clinical symptom standard: in treatment group:before treatment23.85±5.15, after treatment10.30±5.02, the variation is13.50±5.98; in control group: before treatment24.10±5.08, after treatment14.65±5.24, the variation is9.45±4.02. Treatment group is superior to control group,and thereare significant differences between two groups.3.Child-Pugh score: in Treatment group: before treatment8.12±0.96, aftertreatment6.29±0.81; in control group: before treatment7.95±0.94, aftertreatment6.41±0.83. in both treatment group and control groups, Child-Pughscore all declined, however, there was no significant differences.4. Meld score: in treatment group: before treatment15.60±5.35, aftertreatment12.67±5.49; in control group: before treatment16.50±6.35, aftertreatment13.70±5.00. in both treatment group and control groups, Meld scoreall declined, however, there was no significant differences.5. Liver fibrosis index: index HA, in treatment group: before treatment328.88±65.34, after treatment227.39±59.97; in control group: before treatment324.73±61.70, after treatment257.45±61.02. index PCⅢ, in treatment group: beforetreatment325.47±63.28, after treatment239.53±60.95; in control group: beforetreatment322.61±63.14, after treatment275.08±63.51. index TGF－β1,intreatment group: before treatment56.25±18.24, after treatment41.77±13.88; incontrol group: before treatment55.97±16.38, after treatment46.12±10.96.both treatment group and control groups of three liver fibrosis indexes alldeclined after treatment. Moreover, the comparision of two groups was obviouslydifferent and the treatment group is significantly superior to control group..Conclusion：Penetrating via the skin, Soft liver Babu agent enable theeffective ingredients to reach the focus directly, although Child-Pugh and Meldscore were declined in treatment group and control group, the treatment groupwas not superior to control group, in the Quantification score of TCM clinicalsymptom standard and hepatic fibrosis index variation, treatment group holds many advantages and no adverse reaction, winch indicates Soft liver Babu agentis a safe and effective way for treatment of liver cirrhosis.It wortys applingwidely. |
