Purpose： Combining modern science and technology with pulse feeling theoryof TCM, making use of advanced TCM pulse diagnosis instrument, through consultpulse condition and syndrome, revealing feature of pulse condition informationabout different TCM syndrome types of Palpitation, exploring relativity amongpulse condition,pathogenesis, syndrome, coming up with objective basis fordiagnosis based on dialectical of TCM and curative effect comment.Material and method：The132cases of palpitation’s patients are dividedinto seven common syndrome types: Timidity due to insufficiency of vital energyand deficiency of heart-blood; Heart Blood Deficiency; Flaming up of fire dueto Yin Deficiency; Heart-yang Deficiency; Attack of Heart by Retained Fluid;Stagnation of the heart-blood; Mental Disturbance due to Phlegm-fire, andcompared to the35persons of normal group. According to the basic requirementof Cunkou Diagnostic method of three portions and nine pulse-taking of TCM,making use of the TL-MZ-XM-Ⅱ type TCM pulse diagnosis instrument test and recordinch, bar, and cubit,the six portions pulse condition of patients’ two-hand,and engaging in comprehensive analysis and judgement with analytic method aboutpulse condition information of TCM characteristics.Results：1Test groups are compared with normal group, the detection rate of abnormalof pulse condition have remarkable difference (P＜0.05).2Through scale dialectical judgment and pulse information decision controlanalysis, Obtained pulse diagnosis instrument correct differentiationdiagnosis coincidence rate (hereinafter referred to as the coincidence rate)is74.9%.
