Study On Compatibility Rule Of Prescription For Palpitation

Objective:To collect and organize efficacious prescriptions which can treat palpit ation from traditional medical texts and modern literature, Combined with modern com puter technology and data mining statistical methods to analyze prescriptions and Comp atibility of Chinese medicine treatment of heart palpitations, thus providing a theoretica 1 basis for the clinical treatment of heart palpitations to improve the curative effect,and to provide new ideas and methods for the development of new drugs.Methods:This study through searching literature, organizing ancient and modern t reatment of heart palpitation prescriptions, and summarizing the history of heart palpita tion,etiology, pathogenesis,treatment and modern research in the mean time. The collect ed prescriptions were established intoancient andmodern Excel databases, then statistic t he drugs’classification, high frequency using drugs,the drugs with a higher frequency of nature taste return into analysis, and take these high frequency drugs intoSPSS clem entine12.0 to conpute association rules analysis,and obtain the commonly used herb co mbination.Results:Throughsummaring the mainly used drugs of ancient prescriptions classfica tions include tonic drugs,sedative drugs,damp-clearing drugs,solution of drugs,heat-clear ing drugs by statisticing these collected prescriptions.And modern prescriptions maintain tonic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood activating and stasis eliminating drugs,sedative dr ugs and solution of drugs.The high frequency drugs’s merdians mainly belong to the h eart,liver and spleen. The high frequency drugs’s nature mainly includ warm and medi m.And the high frequncy drugs’s smell mainly includ sweet and bitter.By computing as sociation rules analysis of these high frequency drugs,conclud that ancient prescriptions’ two drugs combination mainly include fushen-renshen,zhigancao-renshen,yuanzhi-fushen etc,three drugs combination mainly include yuanzhi-renshen fushen,yuanzhi-renshen fuli ng,zhigancao-renshen maidong etc.Modern prescriptions’two drugs combination mainly include maidong-danshen,huangqi-danshen,wuweizi-maidong etc,three combination drugs mainly include wuweizi-danshen maidong,huangqi-danshen wuweizi,danshen-maidong hua ngqi etc.Conclusion:The results of this research show that treatment of palpitation prescri ptions mainly basic stucture is tonic drugs,then match sedative drugs, damp-clearing dr ugs,heat-clearing drugs,solution of drugs,sedative drugs,Qi regulating and phlegm reduin g drugs. And mainly drugs include renshen,gancao,fushsen,yuanzhi,danshen,maidong,hua ngqi,etc. Based on the rule of using herbs,obtained that precriptions of curing palpitatio n mainly compatibility law is tonic to nurish heart, sedative to tranquilize mind,get rid of pathogen to calm down.
