Kidney And Liver Huoxue Fang Artificial Cycle Combined Western Medicine Therapy Ovarian Premature Aging (kidney Liver Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation

Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and the mechanisms of Bushen-Tiaogan-Huoxue decoction combined the hormone replacement therapy for premature ovarian failure of ShenXu-GanYu-XueYu.Method:57women with POF are chosen with a randomized and controlled interventional study,of which the treated group18patients,the HRT-controlled group19patients, the TCM-controlled group20patients. Three months duration is considered as a therapeutic course.To observe the curative effect,the menstrual integral,the clinical symptom scores, and the changes of sex hormone level and ultrasound of this three groups.Results:The total effective rate in treated group was88.89%, HRT-controlled group73.68%, TCM-controlled group60%, the comparative differences of the three groups are statistically significant (P<0.01). The treated group in improving the integral menstruation,elevated levels of FSH,LH,E2, the endometrial thickness are better than the HRT-controlled group or the TCM-controlled group (P<0.05); And the treated group has the similar result with the TCM-controlled group in improving clinical symptom scores, but better than the HRT-controlled group (P<0.05); But the treated group has no statistical significance with the two controlled groups in improving the volume of the two ovaries (P>0.05); The forward curative effect of the treated group is better than HRT-controlled group and TCM-controlled group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Bushen-Tiaogan-Huoxue decoction combined the hormone replacement therapy is effective to improve the menstrual integral,the clinical symptom scores, the sex hormone level and the endometrial thickness.To some extent,it has better therapeutic effect,also can recover the function of ovaries.
