Objective:By establishing fingerprint of single herb herbs in BYHWD, we analyse sample fingerprint information from different sources, and calculate the steady feeding amount of chinese herbal compound, in order to provide the experimental basis for the sampling capacity of BYHWD in the industrial production,and provide a new idea and method for the quality control of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods:1. We established the HPLC fingerprint database of angelica, chuanxiong, peony and peach kernel which was50batches from different sources, and using SDS-PAGE gel electrophoresis technology to detected earthworm protein which was50batches from different sources, then establishsd the protein fingerprint by using TLC scanner.2Using the total statistical moment theory, with the peak area as the index, maked statistical analysis of fingerprint acquisition.3. Using the information entropy theory, genetic statistics principle established a "the once sampling capacity " mathematical model, to calculate the once sampling capacity of single herb, finally get the steady sampling capacity of BYHWD.Results:1.Established RP-HPLC method that is simple, accurate and reliable to determine the fingerprint of Astragalus, angelica, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, radix paeoniae rubra and semen persicae. Establishment of a gel electrophoresis method for the determination of earthworm protein and thin-layer scanner scanning protein spectrum.2. There are some differences between total statistical moment parameters and the amount of information which was the fingerprint of50samples of medicinal materials. The amount information RSD of Astragalus, angelica, chuanxiong, red peony root, peach kernel, earthworm were57.46%,78.79%,107.05%,147.07%,113.3%and198.24%.3. Calculated the steady sampling capacity of the single herb Astragalus, angelica, chuanxiong, red peony root, peach kernel, earthworm were7702g,14481g,13495g,12615g,7481g,27503g, Combined with the steady feeding amount of safflower is20100g in the previous research, finally calculated the steady sampling capacity of BYHWD was3.392×105g, expanded three times by the instrument SNR, namely when BYHWD compound feeding is1.017t which to reach steady state.Conclusion:The results showed that medicinal herbs from different sources appeared genetic diversity,were in accordance with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium law.It reflected we can through Feeding amount of steady-state mathematical model to get the steady feeding amount of Chinese herbal medicines.This article proceeds the steady feeding amount is much larger than of the Chinese medicines extraction on the actual production. It provides a new idea and method for the quality control of TCM, and also a very good theory value and application significance of industrial production quality control and the modernization of TCM.
