lObjecttive1.1Establish the color and smell of Lonicera japonica Thunb. digital analysis method, the quantitative values instead of the subjective description.1.2Determination of main chemical component content of Lonicera japonica Thunb., with traditional character test result and its smell, color measurement results are objective and overall analysis,find correlation of the smell, color and chemical composition.2Contents and Methods2. lthe collection and character test of the sampleTo collect Lonicera japonica Thunb. as samples, this study mainly from two aspects of color and smell was described, the characteristics of the sample from the color into green, yellow, green white, yellow-white, yellow five categories; Divided the smell into strong aroma, gas fragrance, gas micro three categories.2.2the colors and smellThe sample color is measured using colorimeter; The sample color is measured using Electronic nose.2.3chemical composition content determinationUsing UV for determining the content of polyphenols, flavonoids, chlorophyll; Using HPLC for determining the content of chlorogenic acid, mignonette glycosides.2.4the result analysisFor character identification and determination of chemical composition content and color,smell result carries on the comprehensive analysis, find out the relationship of the color, odor and chemical composition.3Results3.1Quantitative analysis using chroma meter to color, and designated color range3.2Chemical component content determination results combining with the character test results, designated color range3.3The color is close chemical composition. chlorogenic acid, mignonette glycosides, polyphenols and chlorophyll content in high and low relationship is:green> yellow-green> white-green> white-yellow. From color L*, a*, b*value and chemical component content, according to the results of correlation analysis of the color L*and chlorogenic acid, mignonette glycosides, polyphenols and chlorophyll content had significant negative correlation relationship, in a certain range, the L*value is smaller, chlorogenic acid is higher.3.4Using electronic nose to smell of Lonicerajaponica Thunb. has carried on the quantitative analysis. For the samples to determine the odor, odour can be express by12elements of the sensor response value, smell the more thick, the response value is higher.3.5Smell close relationship with chemical composition. Smell from the response value and chemical component content of correlation analysis,results show that the comprehensive index Fact1and chlorogenic acids, polyphenols content has a significant positive correlation. Smell of comprehensive index Fact1is higher, the chlorogenic acid and the polyphenols content is higher.4ConclusionChemical composition content and color smell correlation only groped preliminarily. First of all, due to time limitations not collected enough sample size, the experiment did not include all the colors of the Lonicera japonica Thunb., therefore the prediction of correlation in color and content still needs again after collecting a large number of samples for further study. Secondly, this experiment determined the chemical composition of the species is less, should be in the later experiment increase more kinds of chemical composition content determination.
