Beryllium Needle Efficacy Research For The Treatment Of Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To explore an effective means of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis, for beryllium needle treatment of knee osteoarthritis clinical popularization and application to lay the foundation.Method:Choose early and metaphase knee osteoarthritis is given priority to with pain associated with mild dysfunction of60patients with (according to the Kellgren-Lawrance X-ray5grade classificationmethod, choose â…¢ level in the former), randomized controlled methods are used to divide into experimental group and the control group, experimental group and control group in the proportion of1:1. The experimental group30cases using beryllium needle treatment, control group of30patients with intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate treatment.Results:VAS pain score before and after the treatment, the soft tissue tension index comparison:group after treatment of VAS pain, soft tissue tension index were significantly decreased, HSS knee function score increased significantly; Respectively, compared with before treatment, the difference has statistical significance (P<0.05). Indicates that the treatment of control group and experimental group used can reduce VAS pain score and soft tissue tension index, higher HSS knee function score.2set of lower levels of VAS pain score difference comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group reduced VAS pain score is better than the control group.2groups to reduce soft tissue tension index difference level of comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), the treatment group to reduce soft tissue tension index is better than the control group.2groups higher levels HSS knee function score difference comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), treatment group increased HSS knee function score is better than the control group. The treatment group compared with the control group total effective rate (P<0.05), the difference has statistical significance. Show that beryllium needle treatment group pa tients curative effect is better than the control group.Conclusion:Beryllium needle therapy can alleviate the symptoms of knee osteoarthritis pain, improve the function of knee joint, the early clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis is safe and effective method.
