Objective:By means of non-alcoholic fatty liver in patients with TCM syndrome type and on four blood lipids (cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol, low density lipoprotein cholesterol) were measured, to investigate the relationship between TCM syndromes and blood lipid of nonalcoholic fatty liver four, deepen the understanding of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver. The detection of four blood lipids is an important reference for differentiation of TCM is effective means of condition monitoring, and evaluation of curative effect.Method:Through the collection of2010-2012in Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, Department of internal medicine clinic and ward diagnosed with fatty liver and153patients who met the inclusion criteria were investigated. Records of patients with general information (age, gender, diet), body mass index (BM1), traditional Chinese medicine and other clinical data, according to different degree of symptoms and physical and chemical index score, the use of TCM syndrome into phlegm-dampness type, liver depression and spleen deficiency, dampness and heat, deficiency of the liver and kidney, phlegm and blood stasis each node type. Simultaneous determination of test results of four blood lipids, using the statistical method, analysis the relationship between NAFLD distribution of TCM syndromes and blood lipid of four items.Result:Through statistical analysis,153patients in the study of TCM syndrome types, divided into phlegm, dampness, spleen, liver and kidney deficiency, phlegm and blood stasis. Gender, BMI had no significant effect on the distribution of TCM syndromes. Relationship with blood lipid, the TCM group:(1) phlegm-dampness type, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome, deficiency of the liver and kidney lipids in three groups of four changes are TC>LDL-c>TG>HDL-c.(2) four changes of lipid accumulation of damp-heat type is TC>TG (LDL-c)>HDL-c.(3) changes of four blood lipids of phlegm and blood stasis type is TC>TG>LDL-c>HDL-c. Comparison of TCM-The group:(1) no significant relationship between TG level and TCM syndrome type distribution.(2) the syndrome group TC increased law:phlegm-dampness type> liver stagnation and spleen deficiency type> endoretention of damp heat type, phlegm and blood stasis type> liver and kidney deficiency type.(3) every syndrome group HDL-c levels were in the normal range, no statistical significance.(4) the syndrome group LDL-c increased law:liver and kidney deficiency type> phlegm-dampness type, phlegm and blood stasis type> liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome of damp-heat syndrome. Conclusion:NAFLD generally elevated triglycerides. phlegm-dampness type and serum total cholesterol increased significantly, LDL-c deficiency of the liver and kidney patients increased significantly, detection of four blood has become an important reference for differentiation of TCM when, at the same time as the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease monitoring and curative effect assessment provides effective means.
