This study on the acculturation of those foreign students from Japan, South Korea learning Chinese in Shanghai now based on questionnaires and interview. With the perspectives of Intercultural Communication and cross-cultural adaptation, the article tries to find the ways to enhance the ability of acculturation of these foreign students by six methods as following:(1)offering cross-cultural communication courses, lectures for serving multi-culture environment, (2)developing a series of Chinese culture experience actives, (3)strengthening interaction between foreign students and local students by building cross-culture enviornment, (4) improving cross-cultural competence of the Chinese language teachers, (5) establishing unimpeded information networks to improve the instruction environment, (6) driving the whole class by taking advantage of the excellent foreign student’s performance.
