Xian Xinghai is one of the famous musicians of the people in China, who hascreated a large number of excellent music in his short life. Vocal music in the worksof which is particularly prominent. His works have a variety of musical styles, withgreat significance and national spirit of the times, and highly respected at differentpoints of time. The inspiring and appealing songs spread widely, which is meaningfulto the times and affectively in art.The Yellow River Chorus is a famous large song cycle responding requirementsof the times, which is unification of the ideological content and artistic height. It is theharmony of the soul by poets and composers, and the harmony of the soul by authorsand the army of anti-Japanese then. The Yellow River chorus played its part at thetwo major historical changes in China--- the founding of new China and the reformand opening up, which encouraged people striving with other literary, soothed thesoul of builders, condensed the Patriots at home and abroad and played the role of artseducation.
