In the contemporary literary world, Chi Zijian is a prolific writer. It has beenabout five hundred million word works came out form she created. The novelsaccount for the majority of her whole works. She is known as the polar girl" becausethe basic point of creation is her hometown—Arctic village. Arctic village, vast butsparsely populated with extremely cold weather. The people here have less influenceby noisy city life. They have close relationship with nature. Chi Zijian’s childhood issoaked by the accumulation of Reiki by the unique natural conditions. And togetherwith her literary accomplishment and hobby make her works show a kind ofmysterious, smart beauty. Based on interpreting pan God consciousness Chi Zijian’snovels presented (of course, this kind of consciousness from writer Chi Zijian’s heart,although it may not be consciously, but lingering in her works.) and its generationspirituality narrative writing style, the thesis tries to reveal the cultural connotationsbehind the novels and author’s sense of mission and responsibility they loaded.The thesis are divided into three chapters, the first chapter discusses the originand performance of pan God consciousness in Chi Zijian’s novels. In the novels ofChi Zijian pan God consciousness and primitive thinking have a lot in common.According to this point the paper contact her many novels with her inner pan Godconsciousness, and then explain pan God consciousness reflected in the novel and itscauses. The second chapter of the thesis elaborates the spiritual narrative about ChiZijian’s novels, which is the key, comprising four sections. The first section describesthe unique and mysterious narrative content,although selected ordinary lives, shegives them a mysterious tone, so that the content of the novel fantasy and aesthetic:Spiritual beautiful natural environment, simple and romantic beautiful life volume,meditation on life after cleaning up suffering. The second section deals with simplespiritual narrative object. Narrative object is simple but meaningful. These spiritualtraits have performance in which the author not too much give them rational survey,but pay more attention to show their human nature and the psychological desire thatwith the original characteristics. She takes daily things as her narrative starting point,promoting spiritual realm in mediocre tedious world. The third section deals with themagic narrative perspective and ingenious narrative structure. The narrative angle,Chi Zijian except for use the usual perspective "the third person", but she creates amind soliloquy perspective. She attempts to open the people’s soul window ignored byus, reveal the secret life difficulties and spiritual dilemma. Spiritual narrative showedin narrative structure is poetic form of historical recollection, turning the war’s darkand cold into flat and daily narrative, expressing valuable humanistic care in theremembrance. Section fourth explains the smart and vivid narrative language andbeautiful mysterious narrative atmosphere. The language of Chi Zijian sends its ownnatural fresh but smart, graceful. Narrative atmosphere is fantastic colorful. Theauthor cleans modern aesthetic stiffening with static things presenting dynamic beauty,resulting in beautiful mysterious atmosphere. This part analyzes the text features andaesthetic pursuit, trying to catch the novel’s spirit connotation, trying to show uniqueaesthetic implication of Chi Zijian’s novel.The third chapter shows the interpretation of pan God consciousness andspiritual narrative. Through the first two parts surface narration lead the readerreflecting Chi Zijian’s writing implication. This part includes three sections. The firstsection deals with the reason why Chi Zijian writes pan God and spiritual writing, thedestruction and disappearance of "the original landscape", the criticism and lost ofCity life, the emergence of "the third place" and human spiritual crisis. Section two deals with the spiritual direction of Chi Zijian’s novels, spiritual healing in modernsociety and warm guidance to human lost. The third section is written Chi Zijian’snovel’s aesthetics, the dedication and pursuit to poetic, leisurely desire and belief,literary offbeat writing. In summary it shows the enlightenment of Chi Zijian’ s novelto modern society.Facing the more serious natural ecological crisis and spirit ecological crisis,advocating natural, longing for the harmony of the universe is Chi Zijian’s novelliterary connotation one principle runs through it all. The traction and shadow underliterature connotation is the spiritual reflection to nature. The research purpose of thisdissertation is explaining and grooming the spiritual narrative based on the Godconsciousness. I hope it can make up a deficiency of Chi Zijian novel research, so asto make the future researchers or readers understand Chi Zijian’s writing significanceand spiritual direction from this specific angle.
