Compared with the other sections of "truth and truthful " of Wi I I iams, this chapter is a I ittle relatively independent. Williams transformed the concept of "accurate" into the virtue of one of the virtues of truth with a sophisticated way, which made the virtue faith and truth into a direct and obvious contact. The whole process of the demonstration whose aim was to be sure of the existence of the "truth" was steadily forward in the confrontation and dialogue with Rorty’s theory. Finally, Williams’ words enriched the meaning of the two concepts that were faith and freedom, and highlight the our need for truth, through using the exposition of Orwell’s novel1984, extending the significance of accurate to the political realm. This article is taken in the form of the Commentaries, the second part of the main content of the paper.
