Soidier system is a very important military system in the northern dynasties and sui and tang dynasties time. Look from the function, The sui dynasty fubing formed by two parts:one part of army’s main function is to protect the emperor and the palace,this part was called as neijun.,the rest of them was called waijun. Central fubings and local fubing make up the Waijun. Fubing is the major military power in the sui dynasty.The WeiFu officer mentioned in this article, including the superintendent and underling of the central government WeiFu and the grassroots level of armies.But this research object basically is the WeiFu officer of the armies, up to the senior general down to the superintendent of bingfu, that is, in the period of the emperor wen is biaoji general and cheji general, and in the period of the emperor emperor yang is YingYang langjiang.The researcher about the soldier system is begin in later tang dynasty, has continued to this day. Although have various ways, but the main research direction are two kinds, one kind is about the total soldiers system. One is about the system appearance and development, contact with the economic base and the national relation, discusses the influence between other system and soldiers system. Another is the focus on details of the bingfu, about its number and geography position of the distribution, researcher the change of soldier system between sui and tang dynasties and the effect of the military power’s distribution for the political.Only a few of research about the officer performance, even if is involved, also from the system level to research, rarely consider the difference between system constituting and the actual situation. Didn’t have an accurate judgment about the role the soldiers system played in the political. This paper mainly content is the study of the officer’s specific conditions, analysis and research the official records of the staff and the actual work, the conflict between records and some official recordis not detailed. Through the office personnel actual situation to obtain the relevant official position’s detail as much as possible., to explain the conflict in the records, added content about WeiFu functions after the reform. Based on the analysis on the office performance characteristics in sui dynasty, and study the influence to political situation of the sui dynasty, especially to end of the sui dynasty.This paper consists of three chapters, the first chapter is from the system level to study the sui dynasty soldier system’s origin, not for the whole system, only about the officer system of evolution and development afte sui dynasty set up. The first part is about the functions of the WeiFu and WeiFu officer Settings, duty. analysis and research the official records of the staff and the actual work, the conflict between records and some official recordis not detailed. Through the office personnel actual situation to obtain the relevant official position’s detail as much as possible. The second part is about the functions of the WeiFu and WeiFu officer Settings, duty in the period of emperor yang. Discusseing the changes of WeiFu the corresponding function after the official reform changes,and textual research some contradictions in the record.The second chapter is about is WeiFu officer performance statistics and characteristics analysis in the sui dynasty. The form is list, boundary line is YangGuang accede inrenshou four. The first group is the list of WeiFu general, biaoji general and cheji general in the period of the emperor wen; The second groupis the list of WeiFu general, Wu Ben, wuya langjiangl, biaoji general and cheji general, YingYang yingji langjiang. From the list of WeiFu collected the officer performance, concludes the characters’family background, official position the moving, the main experience. Sum up the differences between emperor wen and emperor yang WeiFu officers’characteristics.The third chapter is about the influences to the sui dynasty political armies by the changes of characteristics. Through discussing the relationship of WeiFu officer between the emperor wen and yang, the central officials, local regime and between each other to study the influence of WeiFu officer. The effect to the war made by the change of WeiFu official functions in period the emperor yang, in particular effects on the demise of the Sui dynasty.
