Research On The Evolution Of The Leliuguan From Tang Dynasty To Song Dynasty

Leliuguan, when developed from appearing in large numbers in period of the Suzong and Daizong of Tang dynasty to the beginning of the Song dynasty, includes two changes, not only its source become from the generations of Military governors to the staff of the Central Government departments,but its the officer grade drops adjutant from officer of the countries, which introduce the declination of the Leliu Officer’s political position. In Xianping VI of Zhenzong of Song dynasty, The Song Bai Old System, extended to the Southern Song dynasty, was promulgated and implemented.According to the characteristics of Leliuguan, mainly based on the evolution of system, Song Bai developed the old system for a node, which can be classified from the Suzong of Tang to the early Song and from after The Song Bai Old System to the Southern Song dynasty. From now on, Leliuguan become the promoting-procession of the staff of the Central Government departments.Leliuguan, before the early Song dynasty, means a group of people who remained in the capital because of other duties, which is similar to Shizhichaiqian Systems, due to the separation between the official and the ministry. But after the Song Bai Old System, Leliuguan justly refer to the collectors who have the officer the Central Government departments,which intend to the ministry. Therefore, Leliuguan is very important, which is not only the important part of the process of evolution in Tang and Song dynasty,but also one of the key parts of the process of China’s ancient time separately. So the issue can help us understand the historical status of the collector system construction during this period of ancient history in the development in the entire political system.
