Purpose of this thesis research: a study in the big five personality and positive personalitiesand relationships between academic achievement; second, test whether the time managementdisposition on the big five personality played a mediating role in the effect on school adaptation;analysis of three, and five of the big five personality factors3and time management structure.Research methods: through the questionnaire on the second day of the Shandong provincefirst in junior high school, and junior students, because the main discussion on the relationshipbetween academic achievement and positive personality so randomly assigned a priority classand ordinary class in each grade, group119in the first grade, and second grade set of124people,junior grade set of106people, a total of349people. Dataanalysis using SPSS17.0software, and then to describe the data and statistics, t-test, correlation,regression analysis, statistical analysis.Results of the study are the following: l, on the academic achievement of gender differences,men score significantly higher than women. Academic performance there is a significantdifference in age, older with a good academic record.2. the big five personality is significantlyassociated with academic achievement, with significant rigor, openness and academicachievement, and big five personality has a significant prediction on academic achievement.3.the big five personality extraversion, openness, friendliness and rigor and sense of timemanagement disposition value there are significant positive; rigor associated significantly withthe concept of time monitoring is big five personality extraversion, openness and efficacy havesignificant positive; nervous efficacy and time there are significant negative correlation. Thisstudy does not prove that the intermediary role of time management disposition.
