The senior high school students' self-worth is a positive emotional experience to their cognitive and evaluate in the study life. It will take important influence on the students' academic achievement as a constant personality. As a personality trait, the time management disposition reflects the way that individual make of use and control his time.The Adolescent Self-worth Scale and the Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale were applied to investigate the senior high school students' characteristics. We have used the methods of Correlation analysis and Multiple Linear Regression analysis in order to explore the relations between the self-worth and the time management disposition and the prediction to the achievement. The results of the study show that:1. The senior high school students' global self-worth and general self-worth are not greatly different on the sex, but as to the special self-worth, the schoolgirls' individual-oriented interpersonal self-worth is marked higher than schoolboys' .2. There is no remarkable grade difference on self-worth .3. There is no remarkable sex difference on time value. On the time value and time efficacy, there are greatly grade difference, but not on time monitor.4. The self-worth have a positive correlation with the time management disposition: the increase of the time-efficiency will help to improve the self-worth.5. As to the prediction to the students' academic achievement, the united of the self-worth and time management disposition is better than one factor, but it is limited.
