With the development of positive psychology, gratitude enters the study field of thepsychologist. Although mangy researches about gratitude have been made on abroad, regardlessof the concept of gratitude、Measurement of gratitude、theory Construction、influencing factorsand Effect. But the grateful in the domestic has only just begun, localization studies arerelatively less. China now is undergoing a transformation period; many college students have aweak sense of Thanksgiving.it has become a matter of concern to the community. The presentresearch study the relationship about gratitude, resilience and learning engagement bases on thepast gratitude studying and inquire into the characteristics of the gratitude of university studentsand also to provide some data to support the localization of the gratitude and to provide somesuggestions on grateful for the university education and psychological counseling.This study investigated420undergraduates with the college students’ gratitudeScale(GRAT)、Adult Resiliency Scale(ARS) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student(UWES-S) to probe into the Characteristic of College students’ gratitude、resilience andlearning engagement and the relationship between the college students’ gratitude, resilienceand learning engagement. The research result is as follows:(1)The college students’ gratitude level is medium to high.There is a significant differencesin grades,gender,only child or non--only child,but not in majors and location.(2)The college students’ resilience is medium to high.There is a significant differences ingrades,gender,only child or non-only child, majors and location.(3)The level of college students learning engagement is average.There is a significantdifferences in grades,gender,only child or non-only child, majors and location.(4)The gratitude of university students is positively related to their resilience and learningengagement. The resilience of university students is positively related to their learningengagement. The gratitude has direct effect on the resilience and learning engagement ofuniversity students.(5)Resilience as a mediator partly mediated the relationship between gratitude and learningengagement.
