This paper selected modern Chinese compound word" Xå°±" as the object, from the start, using synchronic and diachronic research method combining in order to lexicalized theory as a guide, the compound word formation were analyzed, and the use of traditional linguistics research methods, the composite word types, part of speech, syntactic features and interpretation of comprehensive carding and analysis, thus the compound word characteristics.
