Interlanguage Pragmatics deals with the mode by which Second Language users use and acquire target language, and the speech act which people use to carry out the target language in the given context and how to understand. From the developing course of Interlanguage Pragmatics, it has achieved more and more attention from the world of Second Language Acquisition. This research will combine the theory of Interlanguage Pragmatics and English corner, study how foreign language learners recognize and use polite focusing on English corner, and find how students perform the speech act of target language and how they understand them in the particular context, English corner. Additionally, this paper will search for factors of developing pragmatic ability, in order to make students who participate in English corner appropriately choose Interlanguage pragmatic strategies, adjust the pragmatic communication mode, enhance their response ability, develop their abilities, perfect their personality charm, and then learn English more effectively. |
