Theory As The Moral Judgment Of "white Lies"

Human as ethical existence, their social life, in some extent, is a kind of ethical life. Moral consciousness has become a basic premise of personal success. To establish the moral consciousness and define our ethical principle and moral position, then further to propose a criterion for action, we have to encounter the problem of moral judgment. But, moral has no obvious boundary between black and white, paradoxes such as "white lie" have always been challenging our lowest permissible level of virtue."White lie" is not an easy issue for people when we face the time we have to make moral judgment. Lie in many moral language situations is regarded as negative, but the "white lie "can be seen everywhere in our life. The point of view for us to deal with the "white lie" and a series of paradoxes resulting from it can be very important in the field of ethical theory and moral practice. But, it seems impossible to get a consensus on this issue, especially in such an era colored by varies school of philosophies. For this reason, it is inevitable for us to choose a moral view and formula as the preliminary work for future research.In this paper, we will start from the judgment of "white lie", and then choose some analysis about "white lie" proposed by modern utilitarianism as the objective of our study. We will present varies judgments of the moral lie by the portrait interfluves of inner clan in modern utilitarianism filed and find the general and specific character of them, the historical and logical gains and losings. Based on these, this paper will also discuss the judgments of the moral lie involving with inter clan transverse interfluves in ethics filed, we will compare utilitarianism, deontology and virtue ethics by horizontal analysis method, and finally demonstrate the characteristic of utilitarianism when making a moral judgment on "white lie".In our narrative, we will compare Practical ethics of Marxism with other views of main school of philosophy, and using the moral reason view of Practical ethics of Marxism, from the point of practical, dialectical and historical, to give a completely analysis about the "white lie". From these works, we are eager to get a consensus for a theoretical guide to solve the problem, and find a concrete view and theory to solve the issue about how to judge the "white lie".
