Mr. Wang Ning has repeatedly called for: Promote to research of the academic history, we should to reach every book for construct the foundation of academic history reach for the future.The paper follows the view of Mr. Wang Ning,to reach the book of "Liushu Lijie ", which was writed by Yang Xiguan. at the same time I will from the point of diachronic and synchronic, cooperate the value or Inadequate of yang xi guan’s "Liushu Lijie " Third, the necessary and the reach of present situation for "Liushu Lijie". The Book which was writed by Yang Xiguan in the Qing Dynasty, which reflects the theory of Yang’s the study of Liushu. But so far, There has not been any people done a detailed study. This paper aims on the basis of their predecessors, and follow the Mrs. Wang Ning of Chinese characters formation theory, give a comprehensive survey for "Liushu Lijie ". And give it a rightful place in the history of Chinese characters,at the same time provide a reference for the study of the Liushu in the future.The second part is about of the writer’s life and the purpose of writing the book. This part is about his life and writings. Yang Xiguan was work hard, so had several books about the theory of Liushu, and he had his own unique concept of the theory. Why Yang Xiguan writed the book? His purpose is twofold. First, to supplement some examples of Liushu. Second, in order to correct the mistake of the words which were changed by Libian. And for readers to understand the true meaning of Liushu better. On his book, pay more attention to the social environment and personal discourse.Third, will introduces the version of the book. Exhaustive gather all versions which I can find. The book’s style is simple which accordance with Xu Shen. Yang Xiguan arranges the order of Liushu according Xu shen. So this paper is also following this order to analysis of his theory of Liushu, and combined with the modern scholars to analyze and summarize his theory.The fourth part is the main part of this article. The part Ⅰ will analysis and elaboration the theory of Yang Xiguan’s Liushu. In this paper, we will follow the order of Yang Xiguan’s and to analyze it. At the same time combine the point of ancient famous scholars of Linguistic and modern people’s view to find out the correct or Inadequate. In order to give the Book a right position in the history of Chinese character.The fifth part is about the other theories in the Book. I divide them into two parts. One is the Jianshu, which is the most Qing scholars generally referred to but not as Depth as modern scholars. In this book also referred to, so this paper is also to explore it. Second,the influence to words by Libian. Yang Xiguan repeatedly referred to this in this book, and many of his views are same with the modern people’s views, so this part will special analysis the changed on the Structure of Chinese Characters by Li bian, and the insights and value.Part VI is the overall evaluation of the Book. We will recognize its value and deny the negative or the wrong place in order to give it a scientific and rational position.
