The learning of vocal music is essentially a systematic and evolvingcomplicated process, which requires singers to acheive delicate coordination andbalance between all their organs. Nevertheless, this balance needs scientific trainingand iterative practices. Therefore, students may face vrious difficuties and issuesduring their vocal music learning. Students also hope to identify a well-suitedbalanced singing status for themselves. This paper starts from the concept of"balance" by interpreting what is vocal singing balance, which is followed by acomprehensive causal analysis of common unbalanced examples of ethinic vocalsinging. The paper also illuminates the theoretical significance and practicalimportance of the balance concept. Finally, related self-learning experience andteaching methodologies are summarzied as useful references for ethnic vocal singinglearners.
