Researchers are paying more attention to moral sensitivity [MS] and moraldisengagement recently [MD]. As the hope of the social development, the universitystudents’ morality has been naturally concerned by people. But there are kinds ofimmorality phenomenon appeared in the campus. Facing kinds of immorality eventsand more comlex social relations and situation, how is the college student’s MS?Andwhether or not they are more likely to have MD to do unethical behavior? But theresearch on MD and MS is still in the first step, so my paper will combine these twoto study. Participants were900college students in Yunnan provice. The study is toinvestigate the characteristic of college students’ implicit and explicit MS, MD, selfcontrol and the correlation between them by means of questionnaire and IAT implicittest. The results showed:1、 The1stresearch result indicated that the college MS questionnaire has highreliability and validity. The2ndresearch shows that the revised college studentMD scale can be used to investigate the students in China.2、 There is the significant separation effect between the college student’s implicitand explicit MS. And the separation index can explain44.8%variation of MD.3、 Overall, the scores of MS of college students are rather high, but the behaviorfactor is lower-middle lever. And there has significant difference among differentgender,education,grades,political.4、 The college students’ MD is lower. And there has significant difference amongdifferent gender,5、 The college students’ MS is negatively related to MS; And the multipleregression showed the emotional factor of MS has an negative impact on MD.Further canonical correlation analysis shows that the emotional factor mainlyaffected MD by the dimensions6、 The college student’s MS and self control both have an impact on MD.
