Carl Jung, the founder of the analytical psychology is a famous psychologist and psychoanalyst. He devoted all his life to exploring the human spirit and became a well-known scholar in the20th century. In the field of psychoanalysis, Jung directly influenced and inspired his followers, formed a school of post-Jungian. They have a broad international impact and become a major force in western psychotherapy. Because of the post-modern thought, people pay more attention to Jung’s theories about the personality type, the collective unconscious and archetypes. Jung’s theory had a far-reaching influence on Philosophy, Aesthetics, Psychology, Anthropology, Mythology, etc in the20th century. However, as the most remarkable thinker in the20th century, many researchers have neglected Jung’s influence on modern and post-modern, especially his contribution to the theory of the feminism. This study attempts to reveals some problems:If Jung’s theory have certain theory value and positive effects on the development of feminism? Whether Jung’s theories of gender is still with some limitations? Under the guidance of Jung’s thought, if we can make a combination of psychological consultation and gender education to investigate the feminism value in the field of counseling and education?Jungian Analytical Psychology has very important values both in the field of feminism theory and practice. First of all, Jungian androgynous personality theory has very important feminist values, and provide some possibilities in understanding the social construction of gender; Archetypal Theory and psychology of goddess promoting the development of feminist archetypal psychology in the mid-20th century; Jung’s view of the self and psychotherapy are coupled with postmodern theory of self and feminist psychotherapies. Secondly, Jungian Analytical Psychology also has the important practical significance for feminism both in the field of educational practice and the psychological counseling. The important feminist values contained in Jung’s theories playing a positive guiding on children education and female development. Meanwhile, in his analytical psychology, Carl Jung seems to be difficult to get rid of his thinking mode as doctrine and two split. Jung’s analytical psychology is still reflected the patriarchal bias of his time and his class. He was suspected of male centralism and gender essentialism in his stereotype impression of female, and his theory also always hovering between modernity and postmodernity.
