In addition, Human nature, literature ideological trend, economy, ecology, three agricultural questions, and history and so on, also once integrated the scope many times which Han Shaogong criticizes. All kinds of critiques are not isolated, but are organically fuses in together, which pass through the entire literary production of Han Shaogong. In chapter three, we read the novel "Echo" and the prose "The Root of Literature" attentively, which are the two important works of Han Shaogong. The creation of "Echo" has huge influence on Han Shaogong’s thought. He reflected his behavior and idea in "the Great Cultural Revolution" deeply. It makes us know the complex of The Famers’ Revolution and have an idea of the initiation relations of the intellectual and the farmer. And while "The Root of Literature" brings the reputation for Han Shaogong, it also lets us see the essential features of Han Shaogong as a public intellectual. In this article, Han Shaogong criticizes the tendency that the culture’s westernization (or the literature’s), which has huge echo in the circle of thinkers at that time. He has the rich village life experience, More importantly, His creation centers on the countryside from beginning to end. This also manifests in the relations between him and Mi luo Ba Jing of Hunan province. The significance of Ba Jing for Han Shaogong is similar to Lu Zhen or Wei Zhuang for Lu Xun. As a city person and intellectual, Han Shaogong met the township twice, which cannot use the destiny to explain. In fact, all these were his choice. The reason is worth to study seriously.
